How can I pay for my purchases?

Raffles Connect platform is cashless. We accept online payments via PayNow, debit and credit cards including Visa and Mastercard.

Who can use the services on Raffles Connect?

Anyone can use our services, as long as you have registered for a Raffles Connect account.

What services do you provide on Raffles Connect?

We are a one-stop solution for your healthcare needs, and we offer services such as:

• Tele-consulting a doctor

• Scheduling of medical appointments purchased through Raffles Connect

• Management of personal health records

• Purchasing of healthcare products and services

Are the healthcare providers on your platform licensed?

We are in a strategic partnership with Raffles Medical Group, and work with other licensed healthcare providers to provide you with a holistic healthcare experience. Healthcare providers listed on Raffles Connect are subjected to a stringent screening process prior to onboarding.

I have booked the wrong service. Am I able to change it?

If you have booked the wrong service, you will need to cancel and request for a refund on the app and book the preferred service again. We are currently unable to allow changes to the service purchased once it has been paid.

I am unable to make it for my appointment. Can I reschedule it?

You can reschedule your appointment anytime before the original appointment.
